Our take
The LG 29U531AW is an excellent choice for productivity and casual gaming. The 21:9 ultra-wide aspect ratio gives you plenty of screen real estate for multitasking, and the IPS panel offers accurate colors with 99% sRGB coverage. The USB-C port with 60W power delivery is a bonus for laptop users. However, the 60Hz refresh rate and 5ms response time are not geared toward competitive gaming. The built-in speakers are decent but not exceptional. Overall, it's a solid all-rounder for work and play.
